Because our products are fresh, perishable, and may be harvested to order, all sales are generally final once an order has been harvested, packed, delivered, or picked up.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly at xbillwatsonx@gmail.com or shirleywatson81.sw@gmail.com. 
We may request photos, order details, or additional information in order to review the issue.

If an issue is confirmed, Wilshire’s Organics may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Refunds or replacements are generally not available for missed pickup windows, incorrect customer information, customer unavailability, or quality changes occurring after pickup or completed delivery.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled only before they have been harvested, packed, or otherwise prepared. Once preparation has begun, the order is generally non-refundable.
