4. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse, limit, cancel, or adjust an order if a product becomes unavailable, if pricing or listing information is inaccurate, if contact or pickup information is incomplete, if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if operational circumstances require changes.

If we need to cancel or materially change an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information you provided.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

Payment may be collected through third party ecommerce, payment, or invoicing platforms. We do not store full payment card information on our own servers unless clearly stated otherwise.

If a pricing, product, or checkout error appears on the website or ordering system, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel, decline, or adjust affected orders.

6. Harvest Timing, Pickup, Delivery, and Fulfillment

Because our products are fresh and may be harvested to order, estimated harvest dates, pickup windows, and delivery timing are provided in good faith but may change due to crop timing, weather, production conditions, inventory, technical issues, or other business needs.

We may delay harvest or fulfillment when needed to maintain product quality or adjust to crop readiness.

If pickup is offered, customers are responsible for picking up orders during the communicated pickup window unless another arrangement has been confirmed.

Orders not picked up within the communicated window, and without an agreed alternate arrangement, may be considered abandoned due to the perishable nature of the product.

If delivery is offered, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order if required.

We are not responsible for delays, failed handoffs, or quality changes caused by incorrect customer information, missed pickup windows, customer unavailability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Responsibility for the order passes to the customer upon pickup, delivery, or other confirmed transfer of the order, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Refunds, Replacements, and Order Issues

Due to the perishable nature of fresh microgreens and produce, all sales are final once an order has been harvested, packed, delivered, or picked up.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier or service provider.
