At Wilshire’s Organics, we currently focus on fresh local fulfillment for our microgreens and related products. Because our products are perishable and may be harvested to order, fulfillment timing may vary based on crop readiness, order volume, and scheduling.
Local Pickup
Most orders are fulfilled through local pickup in Ocala, Florida. If pickup is selected, customers will receive pickup details and timing through the contact information provided at checkout or during ordering.
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the communicated pickup window unless another arrangement has been confirmed.
Orders not picked up within the communicated window, and without an agreed alternate arrangement, may be considered abandoned due to the perishable nature of the product.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be offered in limited cases or during selected delivery windows. Delivery availability, timing, fees, and service areas may vary.
If local delivery is offered, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that delivery instructions are clear and complete.
Wilshire’s Organics is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete information, customer unavailability, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping
At this time, Wilshire’s Organics does not guarantee standard product shipping outside our local fulfillment area unless explicitly stated on the website or during the ordering process.
If we begin offering shipping for selected products in the future, additional shipping terms, timing, rates, and service limitations may be posted or provided at that time.
Fulfillment Timing
Because many of our products are fresh and may be harvested to order, fulfillment timing is estimated and may change based on product readiness, growing conditions, weather, inventory, or operational needs.
We may delay harvest, packing, pickup, delivery, or fulfillment when needed to maintain product quality.
